Legislative decision 29.01.2020
A court ruling of 29.01.2020 ruled that CBD flowers are not taxed tobacco. The 25% tobacco tax would be abolished immediately. We strive to offer you as a customer the best prices and to keep you up to date with the legislation. For this reason, we have contacted the competent authorities and the producers. We have now received the response that the authorities will make a statement in the next few days. Until then, it is uncertain how this decision will affect the future. We therefore ask you to be patient. Until we receive a final decision, our items will continue to be offered regularly. We will inform you about the newsletter as soon as we have further knowledge.
