After winning the Gold Diplom for the best Absinthe of Switzerland in 2010 and two gold medals at the «World Spirits Awards» in 2013 for the two Absinths «Celle à Guilloud» and «La Guilloudtine», Daniel Guilloud decided to create a new, exceptional Absinthe develop.
This is how "La Chanvrière à Guilloud", the first and only Swiss Hemp Absinthe!
An absinthe with a very round and balanced taste and a very sweetness, thus ideal as an aperitif. Its green color comes from the chlorophyll of the plants used. As Daniel Guilloud remains faithful to traditional, artisan and natural production, no additives have been used to stabilize this color. Therefore, depending on the light, it can change a little. The taste, however, remains the same.
