Hemp seeds are peeled from special, state-approved edible hemp varieties.
It is rich in high-quality protein, which contains all the essential amino acids in the right composition as it must contain the human food. This makes hemp seed a healthy source for human protein metabolism and, above all, strengthens the immune system responsible for the immune system. The hemp oil (approx. 30% of the hemp seed) contains at least 75% essential, polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the right proportion for human metabolism and also up to 2% gamma-linolenic acids which ensure a healthy lipid and hormone balance. Hemp seed also provides antioxidants such as vitamin E for cancer prevention and lecithin as "brain food" as well as the most important minerals for the body.
Hemp seeds peeled delighted by the pleasant nutty flavor. It can be practically added to all dishes and is suitable for cooking, baking, as a tasty decoration or as a healthy snack. Mildly roasted, the hemp seed peeled develops an even more intense nut aroma, which gives many dishes a special touch.
To get flavor and nutrients - do not heat above 180C.
